Excellence in Health and Education Systems Consultancy (EHESC) is a multidisciplinary consulting firm specializing in health systems, higher education, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), research, policy development, and institutional capacity strengthening.

Operating across Africa and beyond, EHESC partners with universities, technical institutions, professional councils and associations, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and development partners to design and implement sustainable solutions that improve performance, quality, and impact.

EHESC is legally registered in Tanzania and fully compliant with all regulatory requirements through the Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA) and the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).

Dr. Vumilia Bettuel Mmari is a health professions educator, nurse-midwife, researcher, and consultant with extensive experience in health systems, higher education, TVET, research, quality assurance, and professional capacity development.

She has worked with Ministries, universities, professional associations, healthcare institutions, and development partners to strengthen education systems, support research and innovation, enhance institutional performance, and promote evidence-informed decision-making.

Through EHESC, Dr. Mmari is committed to advancing excellence in health and education systems while mentoring the next generation of educators, researchers, and professional leaders across Africa and beyond.
